Management Team
STEVE PELESKE
Steve is a local boy born and raised in St. Paul. After graduating from high school at Cretin Derham Hall, Steve continued his education in Computer Technology and Business management. After holding several management positions in the food and beverage industry Steve decided he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a career in the building trades.
Joining the team of a leading construction company in 1996, Steve quickly worked his way up from laborer to job foreman, and then on to sales and marketing. In 2004 Steve found a different opportunity and accepted a job with a larger firm that specialized in stucco rehab and remediation of structural defects.
After furthering his education on specialized building techniques and polishing his management skills, Steve founded Peleske Construction Inc. in 2006. Peleske Construction has more than proven success in today’s construction market by weathering down turns in the economy, expanding into various markets, and continuously satisfying customers each and every day.
CHAD POSTA
Chad started swinging a hammer at the age of 14 and has been in the construction industry ever since. Over the past 15 years he has had the opportunity to work in residential, commercial, and industrial markets with various companies across the country. His job titles have ranged from general laborer, foreman, project manager, field engineer, estimator, salesman, and building science professional.
While never taking a break working in the industry Chad managed to complete his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which has earned him a top level industry accreditation from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC).
On his time away from this demanding business he enjoys most of his time outdoors spending time with friends and family. Some of his favorite activities include fishing, hunting, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, skiing, and snowshoeing.
